Birds in Collagraph Saturday 9th May 10-4.30pm
Birds make fantastic subjects for collagraph printmaking – their shapes, markings and textures translate beautifully into the medium. In this workshop, we'll use card collagraph techniques to create bold, playful bird prints full of life and personality.
You'll build up layers of texture and tone to capture the essence of your chosen bird – from its overall silhouette right down to the finest feather detail. Collagraph is wonderfully accessible, and no prior printmaking experience is needed – Jenny's relaxed, encouraging teaching style means complete beginners feel right at home alongside more experienced makers.
